Republic Day Celebration at G.H.G Khalsa College of Education, Gurusar Sadhar Social Vision Club of the G.H.G Khalsa College of Education, Gurusar sadhar organized Republic Day programme with full fervor in the college campus on 26th, January, 2018 under the able leadership of Dr. Sarbjit Kaur Ranu, Principal of the college. Dr. S.S Thind, Secretary, governing council, G.H.G institutions, Gurusar Sadhar was Chief Guest on the occasion. The programme started with formal and floral welcome of the chief guest by Dr. Sarbjit Kaur Ranu. A cultural programme was organized for celebrating the day, in which students performed a number of cultural activities including a skit on the theme patriotism, patriotic songs, poems, speeches and a beautiful choreography on the song Vande Matram. Ms. Jasleen Kaur, Asst. Prof. in the college delivered a speech on the importance of celebrating Republic Day. Flag hoisting ceremony was performed by Dr. S.S Thind in the beginning of the programme. Dr. Sarbjit Kaur Ranu, Principal of the college congratulated Ms. Jasleen Kaur, Dr. Jasvir Kaur and Dr. Pargat Garcha, teacher incharges of the Social Vision Club and the students for organizing such wonderful event.
