The Biological Society of GHG Khalsa College, Gurusar Sadhar organized 'Speech and Quiz competitions'. The competition was among the students of B.Sc. (Medical). In speech competition twenty students presented their view on various topics like cyber security, Craze for IELTS, climate change, women empowerment, youth awareness for elections, Aatamnirbhar Bharat, and effect of increasing screen time on children. In quiz competition there were four teams. Prof. Gurpreet Kaur Deol welcomed the new comers and informed them about the aim of biological society and the different activities to be done during the session. She motivated the students to participate in different activities enthusiastically. Prof. Harjinder Kaur, Prof. Taranjeet Kaur and Prof. Sangatjot Kaur conducted the Quiz Competition. Prof. Jaswinder Kaur and Prof. Parveen Ansari were the judges for speech competition. In speech competition, Jaspreet Kaur of B.Sc. III was declared the best speaker. In Quiz Competition, Team Pasteur stood first. The members of winning team were-Jaspreet Kaur (B.Sc. III) Veerkaran Singh (B.Sc. II) and Lakshpreet Kaur (B.Sc. I)
