World Food Day was celebrated by the Department of B.Voc. (Food Processing and Quality Management) at GHG Khalsa College, Gurusar Sadhar, Ludhiana under the leadership of Mrs. Manmeet Kaur, HOD. The students of Food Processing and Quality Management made posters and models on the theme of World Food Day 2021 - "Safe food now for a healthy tomorrow".This theme is based on appreciating the individuals who have contributed in creating the sustainable surroundings where no one is left hungry. The students also prepared various home-made food like vegetable idli, vegetable and corn sandwich, suji balls, besan burfi, milk burfi, fruit custard, etc. Prof. Jaswant Singh Goraya, Principal, appreciated the students as well as the Department for their efforts to successfully organize the event. Mrs. Manmeet Kaur, Mr. Gurwinder Singh, and Mrs. Sharnjit Kaur were present there.
