The Department of Food Processing and Quality Management at GHG Khalsa College, Gurusar Sadhar, organized a Seminar on 'Advancements in the field of Food Technology'. Dr. Kanwaljit Singh Sandhu, Head Department of Food Technology, PTU Bathinda, Dr. Maninder Kaur, Associate Professor, GNDU and Dr. Neha Babbar, Assistant Professor, PAU, were the resource persons for the seminar who discussed the application of latest technologies for food preparation, processing and packaging while keeping the nutrition content of the food intact. The seminar was conducted under the guidance of Dr. S.S. Thind, Secretary College Governing Council, and Prof. Jaswant Singh, Principal. In the end, a vote of thanks was given by Prof. Manmeet Kaur, HOD. The stage was conducted by Prof. Mandeep Kaur and Prof. Kamaljeet Kaur.
